What I did
- I designed and rebuilt the company's frontend web platform, CRM, and customer support stack.
- I rewrote the help center from an analysis of closed customer conversations.
- I built agentic AI outreach tooling and a new SEO system.
- Alongside that, I designed 100+ ad variants for Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit.
Result
- Monthly site visits grew 128% to 13K.
- Social following doubled.
